Tomato Salad Recipe - Serves 4-6
 
Ingredients
3/4 cup (190ml or 1/3 pint) plain yogurt
2 finely chopped tomatoes
2 finely chopped medium sized onions
1 finely chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
Whisk yogurt until smooth
Mix tomatoes, onions, chilli and coriander in a bowl
Add yogurt and mix well
Serve chilled
