Banana Lassi (Version 2) Recipe - Serves 4
 
Ingredients
2 1/3 cups (580g or 20 oz) natural unsweetened yogurt
3 medium bananas, coarsely chopped
Seeds from 6 cardamom pods
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a food blender/liquidiser and blend into a smooth liquid
Pour the lassi into 4 tall glasses and place into the fridge for 2-3 hours
Serve cold, with a straw
