Tomato Chutney Recipe - Serves 4
Ingredients
4 tomatoes
2 green chillies, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/4 teaspoon (1ml) salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
Put the tomatoes, chillies, garlic and salt into a food processor
Add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water
Process until the tomatoes are coarsely crushed (do not make this into a smooth paste)
Put into a bowl, cover with kitchen film and cool in the fridge for 2 hours
Serve garnished with the fresh coriander leaves
