There seems to be quite a steady supply of blogs and articles about the health benefits of curry ingredients.
And these stories tend to highlight the research being carried out with compounds such as curcumin, capsaicin, garlic and ginger (to list the main ones).
But now and again we see the benefits of curry leaves.
The latest article says that curry leaves are good for treating anaemia, diabetes, digestion and cholesterol.
Oh, and curry leaves are good for preventing the greying of hair. What? How come I haven’t heard about this before? My hair has left the grey stage and is well into white so can I be cured?
How many curry leaves do I have to eat or rub into my head to get back my lovely dark hair?
The article does not say so maybe I need to do a bit more research on this topic.
