Friederike, a fan of Curry Focus, posted a comment on the Curry Focus Facebook page, telling us about a new lamb masala recipe that helps you get to sleep.
Not long after getting Friederike’s post, we started to receive other Internet news about the same item.
It seems that Gurpareet Bains, an award-winnning curry chef, has developed a recipe for lamb masala that really does help you sleep. It basically does this because it contains a quantity of nutmeg that produces a kind of intoxicating effect.
Gurpareet recommends not eating more than one portion of the curry in a day.
The recipe for the sleep-inducing curry is in Gurpareet’s book called “Indian Superspices”.
No doubt you can enjoy eating the curry even if you do not have any sleep problems.
