And again it is curcumin, one of the main compounds in turmeric. Turmeric is used in lots of curry recipes so maybe eating curries can be good for you.
This time curcumin is being researched as a therapy to treat a liver disease called liver fibrosis which causes liver damage in obese and overweight people.
