Curry Curcumin Fights Liver Damage


Once again the internet health news channels are awash with news of a common curry spice component being researched for its health giving benefits.

And once again it is curcumin, one of the main compounds in turmeric. Turmeric is used in lots of curry recipes so maybe eating curries can be good for you.

This time curcumin is being researched as a therapy to treat a liver disease called liver fibrosis which causes liver damage in obese and overweight people.
