Beef Rendang Recipe Review

Hi, Ray here again.

It’s yummy curry time again and this week I decided to try out the Beef Rendang recipe. Why? Because I really like a Rendang and the recipe looked so easy to make.

And believe me, this is one of the simplest recipes ever because all you have to do is mix all of the ingredients, except for the beef and onion, bring to the boil, add the beef and onion and then simmer for 90 minutes.

It really doesn’t get much easier than this.

And how was the Beef Rendang? It was just great. The beef was lovely and tender and the great coconut taste was delicious. There was a bit of a bite to the curry and the heat rating was somewhere between mild and medium. The curry received a score of 8.5 out of 10.

This is a really light, delicious curry that is one of the easiest curries that you can ever make.
